Wrap-up How to Create a Universal Story Planner for Writers, Creatives, and Anyone with a Goal

Having spent approximately thirty minutes watching all six steps for How to Create A Universal Story Planner for Writers, Creatives, and Anyone with a Goal, you now have a visual map of how you plan to spend your time over the next few months. Together we’ve crafted and plotted a plan of action for success. With your completed guide to turn your goals into reality, you have a true sense of what’s expected of you.

Excitement Builds

I don’t know about you, but as I crafted my Universal Story Planner, I felt the energy intensifying and excitement building to get going (Step One) on my external goal (Step Two). I quickly found myself repeating the mantra I created for my inner goal (Step Three). Having created that particular inner goal, I became (and continue to be more and more) aware of just how often I drive myself to keep going when I’m already tired and spent. I’m also learning how much better off I am when I take a break to replenish my energy rather than push myself.

Stay Flexible with Your Expectations

I plotted my time frame (Step Four) with the belief I was giving myself enough time and blissfully went on to include the Energetic Markers (Step Five). However, as soon as I began adding the steps I plan to take (Step Six), I worried I wasn’t giving myself enough time. Though, now that I’ve actually started fulfilling the steps, I see I’m able to keep up. If I start to fall behind, I’ll simply change the time frame I gave myself which is something I hope you’ll freely do as well if / when needed.

Sinking into a story with a make-believe world and make-believe characters with very real emotions is my sweet spot. I’m willing to take my time so I’m best able to thoroughly enjoy myself as I complete my long-term goal of rewriting The Avenue. I hope you, too, set yourself up for success in such a way that you not only achieve the steps you plan for yourself but also have a grand time doing so.

Energetic Markers

As you wrote the Energetic Markers (Step Five) on your Universal Story Planner, I hope you gave yourself a moment or two to consider when you had the inspiration to pursue an idea and perhaps even started, through in the end, never finished (No Turning Back). When you wanted to quit and recommitted instead (Recommitment). When you lost all hope and belief in yourself and what you were doing (Dark Night). When you kept going to experience the exhilaration of having triumphed in the end and know what it feels like to succeed (Triumph).

As you write each step you plan to take on your Universal Story Planner (Step Six), see yourself taking that action. Imagine where you’ll be and what you’ll be doing and how you’ll feel as you preform the action. Step into your body in your imagination with all your senses alive.

Sweet Triumph

Now that our Universal Story Planners are complete, this is when things get real. I hold the energy for you that the steps you take are effortless and your triumph sweet.
